I noticed that the Manual Traverse COGO routine in SurvCE/SurvPC is a 3D process as it supports slope distance but I don't see any input boxes for HR and HI. Did I miss something?

Not sure if your working in the field with an instrument not supported by SurvCe or at your desk, but why not work from the Store Points routine and change your Equip setting to Manual Total Station and take it from there?
