So, I am set up using Cad 2011 with Carlson 2019, when I import the DC file from our Trimble TSC3 into the edit process raw data command, points will be missing out of the RW5, and the only way you would notice it, is if you count all of the shots. Another issue I have been having is that sometimes rod heights will be missing from the RW5, it won't even say 0.00 for the rod height, it will completely ignore it like it never happened. Has anyone else had any similar issues? is it an issue because we are using an older version of Cad with a newer version of Carlson?

I am not sure what your workflow is, but the easiest way to get an RW5 from Access is to use the custom export command on the controller itself.
Go to the Trimble Custom Style Sheet site and find the "TDS RW5" sheet. Download the zip file and place the XSL file on the controller under the "Trimble Data/System Files" folder. (At least, I think that is the correct folder. Going off of memory here.)
Then when you want to generate your RW5, just go to the Job Export screen, choose "Custom Export", and pick the TDS RW5 style. I have yet to see a faulty raw file generated this way.

So, this time when i processed it with the RW5, the points did not come in the right spot, they were like 100 feet away from where they should have been? When exporting out of the data collector, it gives the options for quality control? We have it as no, should we change it to yes?
