I'm running Civil 3D 2013 in a Win10 environment. The Quick Access Toolbar (the one adjacent to the top left main icon) is invisible. It's still there as evidenced by hovering in the area. I see the little pop-ups for the commands. Also if I right click and choose the option to show below the menu bar, it goes there and does not hide, but putting it back above it hides.
Any suggestions to fix this little annoyance would be greatly appreciated.

Also the help and other commands to the right of the drawing name are missing (there but invisible).
