I believe the file is a *.tb file of which my computer has none. 🙁
If anyone could help me out, it would be appreciated greatly!

I was unable to find the toolbar file, but Carlson support (they are pretty quick!), recommended a software restore which worked fine. I was then able to manually load back up my unique buttons. Unfortunately, the old way.
"Windows Start button - type "reset Carlson" in the search field (without quotes). You should see a "Reset Carlson User Profile" option populate in the list - just select this and follow the remaining prompts to complete the reset."
