As a one man shop i get buried in mails concerning different projects. Sorting them out in outlook is not the correct way.
I was contacted by a company who advised me microsoft dynamics for sorting out this mess. The downside was that they asked about 5000â for implementing this without the monthly cost of the software itself.
Does anyone have experience with this or have another solution? I want to add i'm already on office365 (exchange) for my mails.
I don't want to follow leads and sales stuff.

I'll be watching this thread for suggested solutions... We have employees who deal with hundreds of emails per day, and have not found a solution other than having a human being (familiar with each project) sort and catalog them.
Short of having unique email address for each project, I don't know of any other simple sorter.
For example
Jim@inAZ.net
ParkingLot21A@inAZ.net
UGStructures@inAZ.net
and so on............
