If field data taken by total station with sets of angle app , for the best result getting by the starnet software 3d adjustment or 2d adjustment method? and why..?ÿ

There is no best result in my opinion in using Starnet. It is all based on the simple logic I was taught. Rubbish in Rubbish Out. If the data collected in the field are not good enough for the error ellipse it will certainly show, there is no way to hide data from the LSA other than fudging which is another topic all together. The benefit of Starnet is it is easy to incorporate data in your project. So lets say for my controls, my Total Station I pull tapes for my height, but I also run a level through them, I can incorporate them into my LSA all at once. ?ÿ
