Magnet gurus......I am subcontracting out a crew and have a specific request for specific data within a .RAW file. When operating a GPS session in VRS mode, our raw data usually produces a a base point with state plane coordinates and a separate entry in Lat/Long to use as the virtual base. What I am being asked is to produce the vector data from the reference CORS station to the first point. What settings to I need to change to have the data collector export the vector data instead of just the computed coordinates for the virtual base point?
You could try exporting raw data to a TVF (Topcon Vector Format).
Or inverse between the Base and VRS point.
Thank you Lee....I will try the vector format. The client specifically said the data needs to be in the RAW file.
That should work as most least square applications, such as StarNET can import the TVF file format.
