Magnet Office Tree Question

I'm trying to improve my understanding of Magnet Office and I've been able to tweak the codelist to my liking by creating and adding different symbols but I get stumped by trees (pun completely accidental). Other companies I've worked for had it setup so that when you import the code from the field file the software would automatically create the tree symbol and scale it.

What I'm looking for is how do I apply scale to a symbol and how should the code be inputted on the controller during field capture?

I'm using a Leica Viva controller in the field, if that makes any difference.

Ideally I would like to have a few tree symbols, i.e. palm, gum, jacaranda, paperbark etc. so it's more obvious what type of tree it is from the survey plan.
