Leica Captivate software upload issues

Hey brains trust,

I bought a copy of Captivate Auto Setup last year for my CS20. Then, I upgraded to Captivate v10. Auto Setup didn't work anymore and had to be reloaded. No problem! Sets of Angles and Auto Stakeout also had to reloaded, so it was all part of the process. However, Auto Setup just wouldn't cooperate.

The app itself would not load:

"The upload process has failed. Try again &/or check the file being uploaded."

The license key would come up with an error saying:

16 licence key(s) o.k.

1 licence key(s) not o.k.

Uploading the licence key from the SD card or the online upload both fail.

I contacted my Leica people (CR Kennedy in Sydney) and they were no help. Eventually, I found someone on the internet who had a solution. It worked.

Me, being stupid, didn't bother to note where I found that information.......because I'm stupid.

Fast forward to last week and I have switched back to Captivate v9.12 because I didn't want to upgrade my GNSS firmware CCPs yet. Switching back was no problem. But Auto Setup is not cooperating again. Same errors.

Does this issue ring any bells for anyone? I seem to remember something needed to be formatted and it might've been connected to the licence key issue.
