Hi all. I have a HP 48 gx with a SMI Basic cogo enhanced card. I haven't used this equipment for 2+ years and was wondering if anyone knows how to get into the settings to change what coords each job starts with and also to display point to point inverses in bearings as opposed to azimuth. Also to stake points in angle and distance? Or am I just not reading it right? I just bought the calculator and the card. When I surveyed before, it was the company's calculator. So I am trying to set mine up to use for work. Any help would be appreciated.

I do not have never used that particular card but for the next grade up you can set all of those except the coordinates with the change key (CHG) to enter the disired coordinates you can use the store coordinates key (SC)

Thanks what you said is 100% accurate. I wanted to set my calculator to have the same setting every time I start a new job. I forget how to do that
