File conversion dwg to earlier version

I need help! I am on vacation and I was sent a file that I can't open with the tools I have here with me. I can send the file from my wifes email. krg6510@yahoo.com

Well, this is not the time to suggest this, but put DWG Truview on your traveling computer and you'll be able to open anything and convert to anythng. About the only freebie you'll get from AutoCad.

TrueView doesn't always work and my travel laptop doesn't work well on the internet.
I could download to my kids laptop but it still may not work.
TrueView was going to be my next option but was hoping his would work quicker.

Did you receive the converted file? I never got any feedback. I assume you did because you didn't complain... but maybe you didnt? I dont typically work after midnight.

Yes, thank you very much. Finished the revisions around 2am. They were happy not to be delayed (and yes they paid a premium for the turnaround).
