Hello to All

I have a Macbook I use at home and it's driving me crazy even after a year, I guess I'm just a hardcore PC person. Entertaining the thought of getting a Dell notebook so that I can load AutoCAD Desktop 2009 and 2010 on it. However Windows XP seems to not be an option anymore and Dell hasn't be able to tell me if Windows 7 is compatible with AutoCAD. Has anyone tried this and does it work?

Thank you
Cathy

Land Desktop 2009 works just fine with my 64 bit Windows 7. LDT2008 is a little more trouble.

It is still possible to download or buy Windows XP Pro and have it installed on your choice of computer.

I'm running AutoCad 2006 on my 64-bit, Windows 7 computer.

If you are planning to use it to run LDT 2009 or later there just isn't a lot of reason to stick with XP.
