Hello,
I recently used ESRI ArcMap to perform a transformation from:?ÿ NAD27 to NAD83(2011); I also compared the output with the NOA?ÿ NCAT transformation tool and noticed the eastings were about the same, but the northings were 3-ft off.?ÿ I think it may have to do with ESRI having adopted an older NADCON formulation but cannot be sure.?ÿ The coordinate is in US Feet, Delaware.?ÿ Would anyone know what a likely reason may be for this type of discrepancy??ÿ?ÿ

I wouldn't trust any conversion in ERSI, they have done some "non translations" over the years just so the label looks right, they aren't very transparent about some of that either.
NCAT is the official method, I would use that.
