Using Carlson on C3D(2009). When zooming in close to objects it exaggerates or "moves" the objects. How do I turn this off. Very annoying. Tried searching for solution but must not be using the right term.

They may be annotative objects which automatically change scale when you zoom in and out. Yes, it is extremely annoying. I think you can disable it by clicking on one of those two triangular scale icons at the bottom right part of the screen. I am running Civil 3D 2012, but I think it was the same back in 2009. I'm not sure if Carlson will have the same utility.
