So I made some edits to some text styles and for some reason or another now after importing points I have wipeouts(Iƒ??ve googled it) That are blocking my ability to see point attribute such as description and elevation. Iƒ??ve never dealt with that and Iƒ??ve been using Carlson since 2004. Via Google I have found that I can turn wipeouts off however the frame is not visible but itƒ??s still blocking my ability to see. ?ÿAnyone??ÿ

Have you tried to turn the wipeouts off in the Points menu, under Point Defaults??ÿ There should be a check box for "Mask Point Attributes".?ÿ

You would probably need to delete all the points and redraw them though.

For AutoCAD, I don't know if this works in IntelliCAD:

WIPEOUTFRAME (System Variable)

Controls the display of frames for wipeout objects.

Type: Integer
Saved in: Drawing
Initial value: 1
Value
Description
0
Frames are not displayed or plotted
Frames are temporarily displayed for object selection and selection preview.
1
Frames are displayed and plotted
2
Frames are displayed, but not plotted
Note: The FRAME system variable overrides the WIPEOUTFRAME setting.

Iƒ??m not familiar with wipeouts.?ÿ
if the above advise doesnƒ??t work, maybe itƒ??s your field to finish set up file.?ÿ
If I import points that have descriptors that are not already in my field to finish file, the will be imported with only the point symbol and number (no elev or descriptor). ?ÿ
