Carlson Survey - How do you do Reports and Annotations with Scaled distances and Areas

I work in State Plane Grid coordinates, but I like to annotate my distances and areas to be at ground level (not grid). I see how you can annotate with a scaled distance, but I don't see how to do that with the lot reports or annotated areas. Does anyone know how to do that?
