Is there a way to enter latitude and longitude directly into Carlson Survey, as you would coordinates?

I'm running Carlson Survey 2016 with embedded AutoCAD, after the drawing is setup with a projection and zone, go to the points menu, under draw-locate points, choose enter and assign and it will give you the option of entering grid coordinates or lats. and longs.
