I having a RTK update issue with two of three data collectors see screen shot of
normal update
2 Older Carlson Surveyor Plus one at SurvCe 3.02 and another 4.03
1 New Carlson Surveyor Plus at SurvCe 4.03
next image shows no response than updates then starts/ stops etc etc.
2 surveyor plus units on Carlson SurvCE Ver 4.03 one older and one very new surveyor plus
have issue with no response from receiver please see latency screen captures.
The update rate is erratic and then fails to no response from receiver then kind of restarts

then screen goes to
1 surveyor plus SurvCE Ver 3.02 older unit runs GSR 1700 CSX well = flawless.
I do not think it is due to the older version SurvCe being better for we had
Version 3.02 on another separate older unit and had update / no response issue
On that Surveyor plus.
I updated on the no response older unit at ver 3.02 to 4.03 and the no response or sluggish update
Still continued on the older surveyor plus. This update was done just to trouble shoot the
Update / response issue. The blue tooth link on the two poor units seems strong and for neither
Say “blue tooth lost”.
I have tried ever thing ie swap receiver heads, hard resets on receiver and data collectors
And reinstalled operating system on one older poor unit.
Any wild guesses

I'm afraid I don't have an answer for you, but I would appreciate it if you would post your solution when you find it. I use the same system you have, and right now, including the data collector, it amounts to three really expensive paper weights.

Peter, this is a wild guess, sort of!
I don't know how similar these receivers are to the 2700ISX but I had a similar problem with it and the solution was to run Sokkia's Powerup program to configure each receiver to send and receive RTCMv3 messages, a change from the previous RTCA setting which had worked but then gave problems. I can't recall whether this happened after a firmware update.

Down grade Installed SurvCe to 3.02 from 4.05
Installed SurvCe 3.02 on our new spare surveyor plus and update rate is fine at 5hz, and smooth
for our Sokkia GSR1700CSX.
Did not test 2hz, 1hz since 5hz works so well
The no response issue from receiver is gone.
Range blue tooth break at longer range i.e. at 10 meters and reconnect / start is
is smooth using reconnect if one walks closer to the rover at 5 meters +-
and DC updates fine at 5hz
The screen stylus picks in general are very crisp and the data collector seems
very responsive with no lags with version 3.02 button / screen etc versus SurvCe 4.05
Using RTCA GNSS or RTCM V3.0 or general screen picks
So in summary something in the programing in SurvCe was broken above version 3.02
for my GPS.
Going Back to Version 3.02 for all my Carlson Surveyor Plus.
