Is it legal to sell or transfer your Carlson software seats . We may be upgrading to another software .

Even If Carlson Allows It, AutoDesk Won't
The licensing on AutoCAD is very restrictive.
If I recall correctly a few years ago I heard that Carlson 2008 would function in an AutoCAD 200 environment. Theoretically if Carlson allowed a transfer anyone with a legal AutoCAD seat could install it. For Carlson Survey with the embedded AutoCAD, you would somehow have to separate them. That might be simple or it might be hard.
