I just downloaded a big patch for my Carlson 2010 (iCad 6.6). Does anybody know what is usually in these (or this patch)? I have LOTS of little buggaboos with Carlson, and would like to know if these patches help.

Maybe look for a readme file in there. That's what I used to do with big patch releases.
