Annotate Defaults - under the Angle tab

okay I looked there and tried to change setting but it seemed not to take- Select Deg and 0?

Pull down Annotate-Label Angle

Command line should show 'Define angle by ..."

Select "O" for options

Check box beside "Decimal Degrees"

Then "Decimal Places" should become available to fill in.

Select 0 for degrees only

Annotation>Annotate Defaults>Angle>Deg.Min.Sec. and then select the precision.

You could also try, from the pull-down menu; Draw, Dimension Style, Modify, then on the Primary Units tab towards the bottom right on the Angular Formats section change the Unit Formats and Precision.
