I have suddenly developed an issue where in model space my lines are dashed but in paper space they become solid.
I have toggled between model and paper space and doing a regen in model space before reverting to paper space but it doesn't change the dashes from being continuous.
I am using 2008 ACAD version.
You know how you can toggle on the tray and be in model space while looking like paper space? Well the lines are solid there, but when I use the tab to go back to complete model space the lines are dashed.
I have tried various LT scales from 0.1 to 100 to try and get them to show up dashed but I have not had any success.
Any hints, clues or ideas?
Thanks,
Dtp
PSLTSCALE "0" will fix your problem.
In LDD I knew how to change the setting for individual viewports but I can't seem to find anything but the system variable for Carlson 2013 on vanilla AutoCAD 2013.
thank you!
For future reference, if you need to plot a drawing at multiple scales you can set ltscale to 1 and psltscale to 1 then AutoCAD will plot each viewport so that the linetypes look identical even though one might be at a 10 scale and the other is a 100 scale.
ouch, you're bending my brain man 🙂
Thanks for the heads up!!

Check/uncheck Use paperspace units for scaling
That's the setting I used in AutoCAD 2000 with LDD but I can't find it in AutoCAD 2013. I probably just haven't found the new hiding place yet. I think it does the same thing as psltscale just in a more user friendly way.
I'm running 2012 embedded ACAD
For me it's LT or Linetype
