in Carlson (2012 or any other for that matter) How do I get the angle to read 10'07" instead of 10'7". This drives me crazy.
There is a work-around, but I cannot find a setting to do it automatically.
Wheather you use "Dim/ANG" or the "Draw/dimension/angular" command, when you get to the "Specify dimension arc line or [mtext/text/angle/quadrant]" option select "Text". Then the measured angle will appear and you can re-enter it in the format you prefer.
An extra step, but it's all I have found so far. The dimstyle setting for supress leading and trailing zeroes seems to have no effect on this problem.
That's funny, mine does it with the zeros.
If it isn't a setting, it could be the release.

This matter has been brought up at several seminars and it looks like the programmers finally got far enough down the list of fixes to get it done. I'm still on 2010 and have this issue, the original poster is on 2012, so it must be one of the fixes in 2013.
Just another reason to keep updating the software at the office!! So many things get fixed or added with each release that it is hard to keep up with it all.
Use:
Annotate>Label Angle
Thank you all. It must be a 2013 fix. I tried all of the above and 'no soup'. Anyway... Keep updating would be my choice but I don't get to make those decisions. Bummer.
Navaran's fix does indeed work. I don't know why, but it must have some "internal setting" that fixes the problem. At least it does on my 2010 version.
