In clients house, and or at the courthouse, or wherever.
How do you edit the shot, to give you a straight background color of WHITE, so that when you print them, you have a clearer shot, without any shadows?
Somebody mentioned a while ago "Set background color to white" or something like that.
Thanks,
Nate
You could use the Windows paint program, or better yet, get a small copier and put it in your truck.
Bump the contrast/ exposure around to clean the background up then print it on an old black/ white only printer. My old HP LaserJet 1000 works wonders.
Nate,
Sometimes it's a combo of flash off/on. Depends on available light. I took a pic of a deed several weeks ago, and posted it on the old site, and it looked fine.
I like the paint program. Choose "select all" and edit it as you need, it's quite simple, and if you mess up, just like CAD, just hit the UNDO command.

Ditto on the flash on, flash off approach. I take several pictures both ways, then pick the best of the bunch. Sometimes you get one just right that is legible as it is.
