Can anyone tell me if this video card is dual-monitor capable? Can you use 2 ports at once or is it only one port service?

I can't seem to get an answer anywhere.

USB to video adapters can be used. I am using one at work and it seems pretty reliable and works well. Just had to unplug and replug it into the computer a couple times for a reset over the months I've been using it.

I could get a make and model when I get home if you are interested. I do not feel like climbing under my desk here to remind myself what I have.

I bought two usb to video adapters (same model) a few months back and am using one of them at work. I am running 3 monitors at work, two from the computer itself and the third from the adapter.

The other is at home, still have the box there. Will do my best to remember to post the info after I get home.

This is the one I bought I believe:

http://www.amazon.com/Plugable-USB-VGA-165-1920x1080-1600x1200-DisplayLink/dp/B004D0QC0A/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1425422598&sr=8-2&keywords=plugable+vga+adapter

Plenty more available on Amazon as well. The one I bought now has a reduced price.

Thanks for the link. I've paid more than the cost of that in 3 other adapters plus the $50 for the video card. I'm going to try the HDMI slot and VGA together. If that doesn't work, I may just get one of these.

I have the same video card at home except it is 1 gb. Yes you can use it for dual monitors. I have a DVI cable plugged in to the DVI port and an HDMI to DVI cable plugged into the HDMI port.

amazon link for the HDMI to DVI cable that I have. So long as your monitors have DVI inputs. DVI is better image quality than VGA.

I uninstalled the entire vid card package. Reinstalled vid card using VGA and HDMI. Reloaded the driver package and configured my dual setup. I'm not sure what was the problem but I spent about $60 on adapters. As long as it works, I guess.
