Another Carlson Rookie Question.

Hi guys, long time no see. I hope all is well.

I have an associate who uses Carlson, and he has a problem that I can't seem to fix.

The Command Line box has become detached from the Carlson window. Any attempt to click on it or move it causes program shutdown. It will still accept typed in commands, but you can't see what is being typed in the command line box. The rest of the program seems to run just fine.

Any ideas?

When I get weird behavior out of Carlson, the first thing I do is shut down and reboot the computer. Then run Windows Update and install any updates, then reboot again if updates were installed. Then go to the Start Menu and run Check for Carlson Updates so that the update runs separately from running the CAD program. Then run Carlson and see if the weirdness continues. If it does, I email Carlson Support with a description of the problem, what operating system I'm running, and what version of Carlson I have installed. They usually get back within a couple hours.

I would check for video driver updates from the card manufacturer
