Gentleman, we lost another member of our dwindling profession last Friday.?ÿ Clyde was about 79 and had lived a good life according to him.?ÿ I for one will miss him, he had great stories to tell.?ÿ His graveside service will be Friday at the Dry Creek Cemetery at 9600 W. Hill Road, Boise, Idaho at 2 p.m.?ÿ May he rest in peace.?ÿ Thank you Clyde for being a friend and a mentor.

Clyde was one of a handful who pushed me toward licensure. Always a source of encouragement. He will be missed for sure...

Sorry Guys, I messed up the day, it is Wednesday not Friday for the graveside service.?ÿ?ÿ

Jerry, sorry to hear that, I never met the man, but I assume he was associated with Porter Surveying? I have followed some of the Porter control work.

Hi Shelby, yes he was the main force for Porters Land Surveying.?ÿ It was a family business with his son and wife helping out in the office and the field.?ÿ Wade got his license later on and took over when Clyde retired.?ÿ Thanks.
