I really wonder about the validity of "seven or eight self-inflicted wounds from a nail gun fired into his torso and head".
I shot myself in the foot years ago with a pneumatic 16d nail gun...I nearly fainted. The chances I could have mustered enough intestinal fortitude to squeeze off another round were pretty much nil...trust me. :'(

The whole story just seems so bananas you just have to wonder (at least i do) if these weren't the findings of a claims investigator not wanting to make good on a life insurance policy. Wonder what the payout is on a CEO ?
