Anybody care to provide a reference for a firm that provides aerial Lidar mapping services in Northern California/Southern Oregon?
Shelby Griggs, a regular poster here, does that kind of work (or, rather, provides control for people who do) in the area.

Thanks.
That was one of the companies that has been mentioned to me. I was intending on giving them a call after I have narrowed the project limits down.
Full disclosure, I am part of the ownership team at GeoTerra and the staff surveyor. Give us a call 541-343-8877 when you get ready, ask for Bret and he will either help you out or get you in touch with other staff to do the mapping quote. That geographic area is well within our operating range, just flew from Portland to east SF Bay area on Friday, that was a pretty small project, five flight lines; launch, fly there, acquire and stop in Redding on way home for fuel, all in a day's work for an aerial mapping company.
