Best resource to find them on the web?
The US NOAA/NGS sells aerial photographs taken as part of their activities. Most areas covered are coastlines and airports throughout the US and its territories. Of course their storm imagery is directly accessible through the NGS web site. See: https://storms.ngs.noaa.gov Storm imagery goes back to 2003.

My last visit (which may be my last), I realized that the level of congestion no longer puts it on my go-to list. Alas. Goodbye ??Aloha?? welcome ??Bula??.

I use Google Earth Pro. They're free, online, and much better quality than anywhere else. I've seen them as far back as 1947. The USGS has some older, but they are poor quality.

Thanks for the links, this location is a frustrating one. I've found some older ones, but they are poor quality and don't show what I need to see, hopefully the local NRCS office will be able to help. My cut-off date is a pre statutory date of 1973. Anything after that isn't useful.?ÿ
