Actually...I know EXACTLY what this IS, where it was made (at least the leather case for it), what it was used for, and even how to use it.
The basic design and layout will be obvious to most everybody here, BUT the "size of it" (which should be obvious from the wireless mouse & 30/06 pipe tamper in the photo) is what might throw most folks.
