Jim, Basically the fire engine will carry a reservoir of water which it will put under pressure with a pump. The water under pressure is then directed through a fire hose used by the fire fighters, with the use of a fire nozzle to direct the water, or AFFF, used in fire suppression. Hope that helped. 😀

Baja, I don't think there is anyone steady enough to keep that on the rails for a long ride.
It is only for people that naturally lean to the left.

.....looks like one of the outriggers probably locks the steering gooseneck...
If not, it would definitely be difficult to ride.
