I've been considering expanding my offerings a bit but am unsure if there is a market.
What do you think if I were to offer.
Gluten Free Surveys, made with lactose free-free range flagging, with sustainable stakes and no High Fructose Corn Syrup.
What say you?
I thought of this after I saw a hunk of pork loin labeled up gluten free.
I have seen items labeled with such nonsense that I was considering having a bit of fun with it.
For us diabetics be sure to add "No sugar added". (grin)
My wife brought in some anti-bacterial soap awhile back.?ÿ I tried it, realized it sucked, and thought maybe I'd grabbed the wrong dispenser.?ÿ It wouldn't be the first time I fell victim to matching soap and lotion pump bottles from Bath and Body Works, but no, in this case it was gluten free soap.?ÿ I'm pretty sure that no soap worth the name of "soap" has gluten in it anyway but this stuff was extra special, environmentally friendly, feel good about yourself, save the world certified that it had been rendered incapable of removing even itself from your skin under a stream of water.?ÿ Surveyor style dirt and grim had nothing to fear from this stuff.......but it was "Gluten Free".
A lot of shampoos and soaps have wheat proteins in them. The skin on my daughters head will crack and bleed for weeks if she uses the shampoo. Her skin gets a reactive eczema that just plain sucks. We check the ingredients on every skin product we buy but it's very rare to see the gluten-free designation on a non food product.
I do something similar, Bionic. Except my allergy isnt wheat. It's bees and honey. ??ÿ
I am deathly allergic to honey. Raw, cooked, etc... Same with bees, wasps, etc... I go into anaphylactic shock. It's horrible! ??ÿ
If a soap or shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc... has honey in there, I'll definitely be able to tell within minutes. W and I have to read ALL labels on food, drinks, HBA's, etc... One doesn't realize how much honey is in our foods and other products until they read the labels. ??ÿ
?ÿ
Being Celiac and having had two emergency room trips in the past month, gluten ain't any fun??.?ÿ?ÿ However, I do see the humor in a lot of the jokes about being "gluten free."?ÿAnd I appreciate the heightened awareness that the "fad" gluten free diets have created, which has resulted in many more fine gluten free options!
One of our local surveying firms are advertising as a "Boutique" surveying firm. I'm considering "Artisan"?ÿ lol, NOT!
?ÿ
Be sure to run Gluten Free (no corn) gasoline in your survey vehicle or all is for naught.

corn is OK, pard??????...
Gluten is found in wheat, rye, and barley....
Yeah, I've been thinking about offering a pumpkin spice website package to follow the fad.

Corn and Rye are my favorite foods as they are what bourbon is made from.
Wheat and barley are my second favorite as those are used in beer making.

You will probably overtake my "Low-Fat Surveys" business. I may have to reactivate my "No Cholesterol Margarine" game.?ÿ ?ÿ ?ÿ?ÿ
Not really a hijack but a few weeks ago I was setting a lot corner not far from my office. I was on my knees having just driven the bar and set the cap, when the neighbor came out. I instantly recognized her as the pastor's wife and gave her a polite wave. She asked what I was doing and my response was (and I am not usually a quick thinker) that I had just set the lot corner and was about to say a prayer for its longevity. This encounter has made the rounds and gotten back to me pretty much accurately.?ÿ
