Went to bed a little after midnight.?ÿ Woke up this AM to let the dogs run and there was 8" of wet snow and a waist-deep drift up against the garage.
My first impression is that 2021 is at least prettier than 2020 so far.
I second the motion.?ÿ I stayed up past midnight for the first time in?ÿ while.?ÿ I just wanted to be sure 2020 was GONE.?ÿ When my dog got me up about 6:30 or so it was 61 degrees outside.?ÿ Unfortunately there is a strong cold front moving this way and that could cause some bad weather.?ÿ I do have my collards, black eyed peas, ham ready and will make corn bread for the first dinner (lunch to you uneducated) of the year.

Since when is 61 a cold spell??ÿ We are having a fairly warm winter here in the Pacific Northwet.?ÿ Already 49 here.?ÿ Tomorrow we are set to get over 1.75 inches of rain.?ÿ While that may not like a lot to you out east, we like are rain a less heavy but more continuous.

I dont usually stay up on New Years Eve either, but I told my wife I wanted to make dam sure 2020 was gone, so we stayed up watching Shameless on Netflix until just past midnight. Hopefully 2021 wont have nearly as much drama as 2020.?ÿ
