Update from Larry and Allison Phipps ...
9/21/2016

Here we are... It is the day before Fall 2016... To sum up our lives over the past several months... We have been blessed...Life is good!

Larry and I spent the Spring and the first part of the Summer in Ashe County. The second half, we've spent in the Raleigh area. Larry is holding his own. We have been given the gift of time and for this lady...I could not ask for any better blessing.

Larry has enjoyed time with family and friends. We have been to Duke for treatments, as scheduled, and he tolerated the treatments well.

There is not much more to report than... We have been living. I have returned to work and Larry and Hayden are holding down the fort at home.

As the season changes, we will be spending more time out and about. I have returned to work in hopes to reach my 30-year mark sooner than later. We are planning another trip or two as well.

In the meantime, we appreciate your thoughts and prayers. We could not be where we are in our journey without your prayers and the grace of God. We hope that as the holidays approach, that you will all remember to hug those you love a little tighter. We hope that you will encourage a stranger. We hope that you will help those who are less fortunate. We hope that you use the talents that God has provided specifically to you as only you can use. We are all here for a very special purpose. This Earth is just a temporary destination. We thank our Heavenly Father for allowing our paths to cross. We hope that our lives and our story have blessed you in some very special way.

We love you and hope to see you all very soon. Until then...Keep dancing! Keep singing! Keep laughing! Keeping praising! Keep loving! Keep praying! Keep Surveying! Keep smiling! and Keep it between the ditches!

Your friends,

Larry and Allison Phipps
Larry is one of those people I have really missed on here. He seemed to always be upbeat and knew a ton of stuff worth sharing. Wish he would jump in once in a while when he's up to it.

I attended a seminar Larry put on about 4 years ago. The subject was value pricing, and after 4 years some of the gold nuggets he dropped at the seminar are starting to pay off. Thanks Larry

I had Larry come out to Oregon to teach me how to use C&G for AutoCAD several years ago. He spent 2 days here and in between C&G sessions he talked a lot about value pricing... it changed the way I do business! For the last few years I've been semi-retired. I'm enjoying surveying more now than the previous 40 years - and I really enjoyed most of those years. And thanks to the implementation of many of Larry's ideas, my income hasn't suffered in semi-retirement. Thank you Larry and may God bless you the way I know you've blessed many people!!
