I'm almost two weeks out from my booster shot. So far no problems. I had a terrible reaction to both Pfizer shots, so I opted to wait till the Moderna was available and they allowed mix/matching. Have to say so far it's been a win.?ÿ

I had 2 Moderna with minimal reaction, just lethargic a day or so.?ÿ I opted to get the Pfizer booster on the theory that any differences in the vaccines should improve my immunity more than a repeat dose of the same thing.?ÿ I had no reaction to the booster except a tender spot on the arm.

I had Pfizer for my first two with no reaction except a tender arm for about 18 hours. I'll go get my booster when my wife tells me to. Lol

Original Moderna caused soreness the size of a quarter on my arm. Booster was Pfizer and my whole arm from shoulder to finger tips got sick as if it had the 24hour flu. The rest of me was fine but I was almost willing to cut off my left arm.

@bill93?ÿ

I was thinking that too. I've not gotten Covid, although, I do know some healthy fully vaccinated people who got it and died.?ÿ

I'm not old enough to qualify for a booster ???? .

One thing about all this vaccination stuff - there seems to be a lot more people at the pharmacy who are trained up and willing to administer flu shots this year. I had to wait about 2 minutes this year. Usually it has been 15 minutes to a half hour.?ÿ?ÿ

I got my booster (Phizer) on August 23 as I am immunocompromised and had received my second immunization on February 12 and the boosters were first available for people such as I.?ÿ No issues with any of the vaccines and so far no COVID and I have been tested a LOT due to my traveling in and out of state and country.

@norman-oklahoma itƒ??s pretty easy to qualify, age is only one qualifying condition. And our Governor said do it regardless.?ÿ

I'm depressingly healthy. The only thing I've got going for me there is that my wife is in the high risk category. She had a booster even before they were approved of generally.?ÿ

As for your governor.... well, Oregon's governor is just as willing to offer medical advice as California's is, and she has not recommended it for people my age as of yet.?ÿ?ÿ

I got my Phizer booster and flu shot yesterday. Not one reaction to any. I was at another doctors office today get an ultrasound and the lady doing the sounding asked me if I got the shots and the booster. I said yes. She said she had her's, but if they want her to get a booster she was going home. Said the first wasn't too bad, but the second made her sick for 3 or more days.

Having had it I'll make the decision when the time is right for me.?ÿ ?ÿKnowing of course that others are protected by the vaccination.

Received my booster shot about 12:30 this afternoon.?ÿ I have left the little band-aid on so I can tell for sure where it happened.?ÿ This is Moderna, as were the first two.?ÿ No discomfort of any kind after 10 hours.

Wife had her booster shot eight days ago.?ÿ Her injection area became sore rather quickly and spread to a circle a bit larger than an silver dollar.?ÿ Finally started to decrease in tenderness in that area after seven days.?ÿ No other reaction of any kind.
