500000 posts in 10 yrs is something like 135 posts per day. Many more on weekdays than on weekends . So I??d say 8 days from now. Wednesday the 14th at 9:22 pm.

At 2 AM local time Wendell will mention to his sleeping wife (as he climbs in bed) that the 500K will probably occur before he wakes up.?ÿ It's only a few posts away, and depending on how many early rising posters there are on the east coast there will probably be a "winner"...

I have no goal of being #500,000 but am trying to speed things along before the thrill of the chase wears off.
Seems to me that there have been a lot more posts in various categories lately compared to even a month ago. Maybe a cabin fever effect? It looks now like my guess as to the date will be a few days too late.
Just curious. Did you have DNA tests done for your kids? I have three and didn't check any of them.
