I admire Christof and the other contributors to RinexDates for their efforts in keeping RinexDates current. However, the stream of updates underscores the fact that application software is often more about maintenance than it is about the core processing engine, and is the reason that robust community-sourced technical software is so scarce. It's not too hard to assemble a solid open-source development group around applications with broad appeal (think Mozilla), but for niche products like RinexDates it usually comes down to one or two dedicated people willing to put in the time. For most business users, that kind of dependency is too precarious.
I don't mean to deprecate the RinexDates effort -- being of a generally frugal bent myself, I've adopted many a one-off approach over the years -- but since GPS vector processing is so central to a significant aspect of my business, I decided to accept the switch to TBC despite the substantial cost.
For those willing to continue with TGO vector processing, by all means take advantage of the continued maintenance of RinexDates, and tip your hats to the developers!

Are you able to get TBC to work with your older units like the 4000's?
> Are you able to get TBC to work with your older units like the 4000's?
Yes, TBC imports and processes 4000-series vectors. To be sure, it's different from TGO in the way it handles data, and doesn't have some of the tools that TGO has (e.g. flowout control). I haven't run a static project in about 9 months, so my memory is a little rusty on the issues, but on balance I think it's a decent successor to TGO.
