Hello everyone

I'm new in US for now I'm living in Clermont, FL and searching for information about how can I get a license for work in Florida . I'm a Brazilian land surveyor and I have 7 experience years in mapping, topographic surveying, rail road, road, autocad, total stations robotic or not, topcon and Leica GPS, post processing, RTK.... So if anyone can help me I will be very grateful

Thanks

I received Brad's message. Using this form of conversation, email addresses are not swapped. You must return to Surveyorconnect to retrieve and comment to the conversation. So, if part of your desire is to give someone else your email address, you would need to include that as part of the conversation.

I had attempted this one time previously but I received no response. It was probably a case where doing a typical reply to a typical email sent it to Neverneverland because that is how Wendell has this set up. That is why the warning message is at the top of every page now.

Thanks for the test, Brad

Yes, if we didn't do it this way, it would be a privacy issue. We don't want to publicly provide email addresses for our users. If you choose to share them here in a public forum, that is your call. We won't do it for you. I would suggest if you want to share your email address with another user, that you start a private conversation with them and provide it there. Then it is not accessible to the public.

The main reason for this policy is to protect the privacy of our users as much as possible. The second reason is because when you publicly post your email address, you are allowing spam bots to "scrape" it and add it to their database, thus increasing your spam. If you have a good spam filter, you might be fine with this. But it is your call to make, not ours. 🙂
