So this auction looks iffy to begin with so I contacted the seller today to get more information:

The idea that someone would just leave a $25,000 setup in a rental unit and never ask for it back is just bizarre.
I was able to get him on the phone, the story changed half way through the discussion. Suddenly his brother is a surveyor but isn't computer savvy and asked him to sell it for him. He knows nothing about it.
After some poking he became noticeably nervous.. saying that the item may have already been sold, he wasn't sure if it was even available anymore.
I've got a phone number for the seller if anyone knows who it belongs to.
Oh, also.. the item is listed in Kentucky but the phone call came from Colorado and he said they live in Iowa now. It was a 970 area code.
