Is is just me or is the flash load button not working?
Try right clicking on the video, selecting copy embed code and paste that into the flash spot here.
like this:

also on youtube you need to click the box that says "use old embed code."

I've had the same problem for at least a month. It simply does not work.

Just used the right click method and didn't see a use old option. What am I missing?

On the Youtube site, when you click the embed button below the video window it shows the embed code (HTML). under that there is a series of check boxes, click the bottom one.

FYI -- A few days ago, I updated the instructions on the popup window you see after you click the "Flash" button to insert a YouTube video. The instructions there also have a couple of screen shots you can click on to help you locate the "old embed code" button on YouTube.
