Diverticulitis can be tough, very tough.?ÿ Hope the doctors sort this out quickly.
Had a co-worker go down with that.?ÿ Had to have two surgeries as a result.
I'd give you my veggie & bean soup recipe that is guaranteed to clean you out and ruffle the bed covers at night for a few days, except you may not be up for the journey.
Don't want to be accused of doctoring without a license either.

If I could give my younger self any advice, it would be:
- Take care of your colon

- Wear hearing protection
I have a new computer and it was doing it last week to.?ÿ This week its working.?ÿ I could post and it looked like it went through but never showed up.
The best advise I can give you:
Avoid putting nuts in your mouth

And seeds, too; don't put seeds in your mouth either...
I was told those little bitty poppy seeds in food are among the worst problem causers.
