Trimble R8-S serial connection

I got the R8s not (the older R8 1-4 version, but the S) and i got a usb-to-serial adapter for my pc, so i can set some stuff in regards to power up file, config an ntrip server, etc.

But i cannot seem to find how and where to configure these things. The Trimble configurator seems to only support legacy devices (4800/5700/R8-R6-R4) but not R8s

Theres this guide that accesses configuration via bluetooth, but as mentioned on a previous post i made i cannot make this work on my machine

Question is how do i access my units internal configuration via a physical serial connection
