@fairleywell Many thanks for the offer of help. I have tried the WebUi several times, but it only sends an error code.

@mark-silver Thanks Mark. When I get the time I will give it a shot. Your suggestion is the only thing I have never tried.

@i-ben-havin If that is the case, you need to get with your dealer and have them get things straight with Trimble's geospatial licensing department.?ÿ As streamlined as they say things are, I go through a ton of licensing issues with software and hardware.?ÿ You will need to send a copy of the paperwork that you received either from Trimble or your dealer along with a detailed note about what the issue is.?ÿ If your dealer can't or won't help, the offer is still open.?ÿ Feel free to reach out anytime.

@fairleywell Thanks again. I was finally able to have success via Mark Silver's detailed instructions re WinFlash. I mostly familiar with Leica GNSS equipment, so Trimble is somewhat foreign to me although we do have the R10 and an R12. Had no knowledge of WinFlash.

@i-ben-havin Fantastic. If you spend much more time in the Trimble world, you may see a lot of WinFlash.

It even has secret modes, paths and options.

Thanks for the follow-up, I suspect that someone else (from the future, in the future) will find this thread and benefit from your experience.
