I prefer windows 7, but I was "forced" into upgrading to windows 10 just recently. I have not found any issues running any of the mentioned programs in windows 10, though.

I have tried to configure it through Windows 8, and it caused a conflict when installing the Trimble Driver, which comes in WinFlash.
