We are still running our Hiper XTs and will until they stop working. We added a couple CHC units and now I want to process the static data in TopconTools 7.5. I have exhausted my searches on finding definitions and turn here.

The NGS ANTINFO page provides me with the N/E/Z offsets and the angular phase offsets at various elevations.

The TopconTools Properties page has Base Offset, Plane Offset, E/N offsets and the PCV for the angular phase offsets at various elevations.

I believe I am on the right track with everything but the Z offset, but more direction is always appreciated.

I would contact Mark Silver and he can get you the antenna offsets for adding the "custom" antenna. I could never get Topcon Tools to import the information from the antenna file. I had to manually enter all of the parameters. It's not hard, it just takes about 10 minutes or so. I've processed lots of files using a combination of the CHC units and Hiper Lites, and now even the Hiper V's. and everything seems to work nicely together. I don't have that documentation handy, or I'd share it with you.
