Hi, everyone.

I have an issue when I import my data. I have files: .csv, .job and multiple .jpg files. The issue is I received the warning that .jpg files do not exist. However, I have all the required .jpg files. Could you tell me how to fix the issue?

?ÿ

I have never known anyone that actually bought a V10 Rover so I wont be of much help. However, looking at the error it looks like maybe there is a break in the file or project settings where the coordinates are not set or it doesn't know how to relate the pics to one another.?ÿ

We Have One, of the 4 that were sold i believe, I'll take a look this week and see whats up.

What version of TBC, and have you also upgraded the V10 Photogrammetry modules, they actually support that until recently.

Access generates a folder associated with the JOB or JXL that has the same name, that contains all the JPGs. Make sure you have that associated folder in the same place as the job file when you import.

Sorry for the delay. I've been busy.

Yeah what they said. make sure you don't move or copy the directory of the photos and job files or rename.

They are absolute path and will appear as missing like your photo.

?ÿ

Good luck.
