I have a Satel Easy Pro radio and want to use it with Trimble R8/R10 rovers and Machine Guidance systems running TrimTalk450s GMSK.
The Satel manual lists the following modulation options:
1) Satelline-3AS
2) PCC 4-FSK
3) PCC GMSK
4) TRIMTALK450s(P)?ÿ -GMSK, RX fitted to Pacific Crest transmitters
5) TRIMTALK450s(T)?ÿ -GMSK, RX fitted to Trimble transmitters
6) PCC-FST
To date I have had success using TrimTalk450s(P) but less luck with TrimTalk450s(T).?ÿ ?ÿ ?ÿ
Can anyone explain the difference between TrimTalk450s(P) and TrimTalk450s(T) and why there are two separate protocols?

I had the same case recently:
We use a Leica iCG70 rover on a construction site as a base station for a Trimble machine control system.
When the base was set to TRIMTALK450s(T) no data could be received, when set to TRIMTALK450s(P) the data connection worked.
Where the exact difference lies I can not say.
