Returns "unsupported file type" when dragging SP85 files to the Spectra-Rinex converter v4.7.2

?ÿ

I use a diff. converter for trimble T02 files, although it looks the same, it does not recognize SP85 G files.

reply from support:

Thank you Jordan. Unfortunately, there is not any ATOM or raw data information contained in the G files in question. They only contain PASH command queries. Please have the customer try a hard reset (3 button push) on the receiver and then run another static session. Unfortunately the files are not salvageable.

SP85 Hard Reset:

With the receiver off, press and hold the power, log, and scroll buttons for about 10 seconds and then release them together. Eventually, a message that reads reset mode will pop up on the display. The receiver will then reboot completely.

Regards,
Chris

I'm having the same issue with a file, but I've been able to process other files that were collected after the one I'm having problems with. How can I tell if my file is corrupted or receiver needs hard reset? I tried to attach the file, but forum won't allow it. Any help would be appreciated.
