I connect to the sat WiFi with an app on my phone - IsatHub -?ÿ can be downloaded from the Google Store for free.?ÿ Once the WiFi is started as an Open Connection any device with a WiFi can hook in.?ÿ One day I left my phone on and it download messages, emails etc and ran up a $100 bill in less than two hours.?ÿ The GPS corrections don't use that much data but if you used it every day a lot you would get a very nice bill.
Once I have the Base point from the RTN/VRS best to TURN OFF the sat WiFi to avoid some unexpected cost.?ÿ Someone in a nearby cabin could be using it.?ÿ Probably can be set to a secure network I haven't looked into that yet.
